    If you're still having trouble, be sure to include as much information as possible about your setup, especially the following:

    * Site URL (i.e.
    * Whether you're using or self-hosted WordPress
    * If self-hosted, the version of WordPress you're using
    * The version of your BlackBerry OS
    * The exact model of BlackBerry device you are using
    * Connection type -- wifi, edge, 3G, etc
    * The version of WordPress for BlackBerry you're using (please upgrade to the latest version before posting. You can find the version by launching the app and selecting "About")
